Capital Campaign begins October 25th!

The BDRC has started our Capital Campaign to raise $50,000 for the first phase of the Baltimore Opera House restoration (Formerly known as Town Hall Theater). The timing is crucial for this first phase as the funds need to be raised by August of 2013 for a grant cycle we will be applying for. The property adjacent to the theater need to be purchased to permit an addition to house elevators, restrooms, HVAC equipment and other amenities that are not able to be placed inside the original structure.

In order to facilitate this process, we have established an account with the Fairfield County Foundation. This will ensure all funds donated for the specific purpose of the Opera House will be administered by the Foundation, and all contributions will be tax deductible.
