The BDRC’s wellness initiative. Join us!
2020 was a rough year on all of us, in many different ways. Now, we just want to get out of the house. We want to move. We want to breathe the air and get back to our normal. However, there’s a new normal in 2021. The BDRC wants to promote great health and fitness and get people out and about in Baltimore and our surrounding communities. We invite you to join in our this wellness initiative to a better us!
Runners will receive a Victoria Opera House race medal, running bib, and has the option to purchase the race shirt.
Running logs will be available through RunSignUp (see link below) and options for virtual and in-person running will be available. BDRC Members get 10% off their race registrations.
After the run, use our maps to stay fit and run/walk/bike your way to a healthier life.

This fun activity first began at the Victoria Opera House in 2021. The BDRC plans for more classes for Cardio Drumming and other fitness class activities throughout the year. Classes may also be held on the stage or at a neighborhood park or another organization.

Board Meetings
Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of every month at the Victoria Opera House at 7pm. The meetings are open to the public, and we are always looking for new individuals interested in holding a seat on the board.
Chairish the Arts: for several years the BDRC collected donated and scavenged chairs and loaned them to the high school art class. The students painted the chairs, which were then sold to raise money to restore the Opera House.
