Baltimore Downtown Restoration is a 501c3 Non-Profit organization, independent of Village government, therefore we receive no tax dollars or outside funding. The bulk of our operation funds come from memberships, donations, grants, and fundraisers. Your membership if vital to the success of our organizations’s mission to help the growth of Baltimore and its neighbors.
For your membership investment in the community, you will be helping us to plant trees, provide way-finding signage, erect welcome banners and raise flags along our streets, all while supporting local independent businesses.
Additionally we are working to restore the Victoria Opera House. This restoration will give Baltimore a unique opportunity to bring potential tourist dollars to the community, as well as new customers to our businesses.

Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of every month at the Victoria Opera House at 7pm. The meetings are open to the public, and we are always looking for new individuals interested in holding a seat on the board.
Chairish the Arts: for several years the BDRC collected donated and scavenged chairs and loaned them to the high school art class. The students painted the chairs, which were then sold to raise money to restore the Opera House.
